- Rob Garner, President: In 1988 Rob founded Kustom Kolors to provide a full service boat and watercraft repair facility. The company was based on quality and service that meets or exceeds the expectation of the customer as well as the boat manufacturers. In 1992, Kustom Kolors started offering personal watercraft repair, fiberglass and mechanical, and in the mid 1990's begin mechanical service on larger recreational boats. We are a proud member of the Boating Trades Association of Metropolitan Houston and Rob is serving on the board of directors through 2011.
- Michael Gaines, Manager: Mike has been with Kustom Kolors for over 22 years with 16 plus years in gel coat, 18 years of fiberglass repair and 25 years of factory and custom paint and body repair experience. In addition, Michael has 4PPG certificates, a Sea-Doo technician (sport boat) certification, which includes 2 stroke, 4-tec, Super Charged, fuel injected and Mercury technician training.
- James Williams, Head Mechanic: James has over 20 years experience in mechanical and is certified in all three major marine engine groups: PCM, Indmar and Mercruiser. James has advanced certification in fuel systems, electronic fuel injection and throttle theory.
- Eric Goldstein, Fiberglass Technician: Eric has over 10 years of experience in fiberglass, gel coat, buffing, cleaning, fairing, color mixing and priming.
